Lol. I only had a enough credits to get one. So I got it, then went Nedding to buy another for starwarskid. Went back and it was gone. Starwarskid and I are sharing it until it comes out again. He begged to wear it for a while. He did. Then I walked by the computer and he wasn't wearing it. Asked him why, and he said cuz everyone wants it. They kept hitting trade and starwarskid---the trade master himself---got tired of it! Lol.

Wow! You're complaining about getting something that so many of us want? You were lucky to have gotten that hat! I wish I had been near a computer this morning to get one.
But this scenario is exactly why I am glad the VMK is bringing back some of the older costumes. I just believe that everyone should have a chance to get them. I'm sure they will bring the purple hat back. Until then, enjoy it.

Yep, complaining because I could NOT enjoy it.

How can you enjoy something when you can't see the screen because you have endless trading windows popping up, it actually gave me a headache.

I see there is another thread where DIS'ers got hassled too, so I am not alone in my thoughts.

I spoke to VMK_Red today and asked her when they were on sale again. She said only the testers know when.

I have people doing that to me all the time. And they wonder why I tell
them I don't want to trade, as if I am required to do so!

So yes, at times I've removed items to get less begging, but I also hit
ignore when I can, too.

This is just another reason why I don't apply for the CL position. I get
too many "attacks" for trading and friends list, and I think it would only
get worse if I was a CL. I do answer questions when I can,
though.
