Arrrrggg!!!!

I just went through a very long process of ordering a bunch of gifts thru JCPenny.com, and after all the slow loading pages (I guess because the site is bogged down with shoppers, I have very fast internet usually), I fill out all the billing/shipping info, apply the promo code, and on the final page that lists all my purchases, all but 1 item said "no longer available"!!!! And that one item was back ordered! I wasted all this time, and now I guess I will be headed to the store in the morning anyway!
