What time should I leave BC when going to International Gateway, in order to get to Soarin early as possible (9:15 or 9:20)?

It depends on where you are in the BC. It is that close to the International Gateway that the walk could be twice as long from some parts of the BC to the International Gateway as compared to from other parts of the BC.

Regardless, Soarin' opens at 9AM, so I'd leave the BC at 8:30 to be sure to be there by 9AM. It won't take that long, but better to be early, IMHO.

I have heard from many that use the IG that the CMs' are slow (same with security). Also, isn't a while to actually get to Soarin , becuase from the IG to theland that should automatically be at least 5 min. Then you need to GET INTO the Land, then go down escalators and get to the the fastpasses. That should be by 9:15 or 9:20, right?

I haven't noticed that the CMs are particularly slow, but surely there's a trade-off. Fewer CMs for fewer guests, and some more inefficiency as a result.

I can walk from the International Gateway to the entrance of Soarin' in about 15 minutes, without being rude.

just know that from the ig you will be about three minutes behind the mob that goes in the front entrance. i was about the first one in the ig one day, and the line for soarin was quite long already.
