Arriving time at DC

Our plane doesn't get in til 10:30 am , would it still be worth going for about 5 hours. My daughter and I will be going on the 7 day Disney Cruise the following day. So the only time that we have is the day that we fly in. Or do you think it would be better to do it at another time. Also what is the weather like there in Feb. Thanks for any info.

I'd suggest waiting for another time. If your plane is delayed (of course that never happens), then your day is thoroughly wrecked.

Also, February weather can be very iffy, sometimes balmy, sometimes very cold.
