Arriving late, leaving early with ME

We will be at the cabins for 10 nights in October. We are planning on using Magical Express and we will be arriving very late...around midnight. I know we have to get our luggage and bring it with us on the bus. My question is, how will we get from the check-in area to our cabin with all of our luggage? Will they have someone who can take us there in a cart or something?

Also, on the day we leave, our ME pick-up will probably be at around 5:30am. Again...how will we get from our cabin to the pick-up area with our luggage?

We've never stayed at FW before,and we're excited. But, I'm not sure how this arrival and departure stuff will work. I'm picturing us dragging luggage for half a mile in the pitch dark......

The campground has Bell Services just like any other resort. They will take you and your luggage to your cabin in a van.

The same with the early departure. Just call the front desk when you are ready to go. (Just give them about 1/2 hour before you need to leave.)

1) Call the day before for a time slot.
2) They can accomodate only so many per 20-minute opening.
