If we plan to arrive just after rope drop, should we go to the EMH park or Touring Plans recommended park? We want to avoid the crowded rush into the parks. We will be going Nov 16-21 so it is a less crowed time of year. We will probably save our FP+ for the park we will hop to after lunch.

A non-EMH park will almost certainly be less crowded, so I'd probably go to one of those. If you were to arrive before rope drop, my advice would be the reverse so you could take max advantage of low ride waits.
