Arriving January 2nd, will all the resort decorations be down?

Due to a different Christmas Break schedule for our schools and DH having to work NYE and NY Day, we can't check in till the 2nd. Will WL be back to business as usual or do we stand a chance of still seeing some holiday decorations?

You'll probably see them at the very beginning and they will gradually come down during your trip. So you'll likely get to see WDW with decorations and without. And be glad you get to check in during Value season!!!

Definitely glad about value season, it seems like they keep going up all the time, pretty soon people are going to say no more! In the past we have made multiple trips each year due to favorable rates but if they keep climping like this..... We had to reschedule an October trip to November in '05. The time we were there happened to coincide with Super Soap and the opening night of Osborne lights. I think all of the big trees at the theme parks were up and some were completely decorated, which was cool since we hadn't seen that before. I hate that we can't make it during the "official" holiday time just to see the decorations, expecially WL and GF. Maybe we will still get to see a little bit though! Thanks for answering.
