Arriving (hopefully) earlier due to storm now gaining first part of day in parks...FP+ what to do?

Due to another impending northeast snowstorm this weekend, we booked an earlier flight and are now arriving Saturday night, not late Sunday afternoon. (Hopefully, anyway!) We are staying off site near the airport and catching DME the next morning. This means we will have all of the day Sunday for the parks, not just the evening as we had planned. So, do I cancel/change the 3 FP+ I have for MK beginning at 7:25pm Sunday? Unfortunately one is for 7DMT...I know I will most likely not be able to get this at all so am reluctant to cancel. We do have a FP for it again our last day. Problem is, since we will now be arriving after rope drop and during peak crowds on a holiday weekend. I am torn which park we should head to and whether or not we should just keep things as they are and maybe go to Epcot and single ride TT and then wander around the countries, which is something we haven't usually had time for. Or we threw around the idea of single riding our favorites EE, RnRC and TT and then hitting MK late as planned. Although, this plan will put us on busses a lot of the day! Looking to all you Dis folks for your valuable input!

I think your EP/MK plan is a good one. Start in EP, do single rider for TT, ride anything else you'd like that has a short wait time and wander around the countries. It is possible you will be able to change your MK FP+ to earlier times (except 7DMT). I would go into MDE and see what times are available. You can check availability for other times without having to cancel the FP+.

I would definitely do Epcot. I love wondering around the Countries. So much cool stuff there to see and if you never get to see it because of time restraints that thats what I would. I would not cancel your FPs this close to arrival date. You might not be able to get the rides you have for the times earlier in the day. Go to Epcot and wonder around for a bit and do Magic Kingdom later. Its always nice to have a "down" type day at disney

Thanks! I did check MDE but the problem is to avoid running around the park I booked 7DMT for our 2nd FP. So while I can still change SpMtn and Splash it doesn't really matter. Oh well...still, we are gaining Disney time and I feel like I'm getting more out of our $ for that first day's park pass!
