Arriving For 20th Anniversary Epcot Event

We are supposed to meet at the gate at 9:30 but I have a reservation at 'Ohana at 8:25.

Will it be ok to arrive late to the event??

Don't know the answer to your question but I'd seriously consider canceling that reservation. You really don't want to miss part of the event.

Not even able to attend, so don't mean to butt in (guess I am anyway, though!) LOL, but I was thinking "If I were ABLE to attend, I sure wouldn't want to miss any part of a "once in a lifetime event", especially for a dinner that can be had at another time.

I would try to move it if you can as 'Ohana can tend to run behind so I think you would wind up missing a lot of the event

Agree with Jeff and Heidi! Plus food is part of the event so you want to come ready to enjoy and not full!
Besides, we all want to hang out with YOU!

Totally agree. I think you should cancel or reschedule dining reservation

If it's like other parties arriving late isn't an option. Everyone is escorted in at once by a cm. After that, no entry.

I would try to change that reservation, or just cancel it. The information says that we need to be there at 9:30, and Ohana has a problem with getting behind (at least whenever I eat there). I wouldn't risk it.
