Arriving early at California Grill?

Hi, We have a 9.20 reservation and wishes is at 9. If we arrive around 8:45 will they let us up to the observation deck to watch Wishes?

I'd imagine they would. When you arrive early, they still take you up in the elevator and ask you to sit in the lounge, so fireworks viewing shouldn't be a problem.

They sure will!
Last time we went we had a 9.30 reservation and arrived about 10 minutes prior to Wishes. We were taken up to the restaurant, got a "beeper", watched Wishes and were seated about 5 minutes after the fireworks.

Absolutely. If you have a reservation they will take you up. The only risk you run is that your table may be ready early.
