Arriving at Sanford? Which TC have you used?

Dh and I are flying in from UK in Aug. Previously we have used VIP transportation (twice) as they were cheapest, however they were late in picking us up. 10mins and 20 mins Granted our plane was late.
We are flying to Sanford and would require transport to WL but as we transfering resorts half way through we would need to be picked up from BWV to go back to the airport. We are also needing a grocery stop.

I just wondered if anyone had and advice. I know only certain towncars can pick up from sanford.

Also were they easy to book from UK?
PS I have posted this on tranportation board with no replies. I think this is because it is mainly us UK travellers who use Sanford.
