Arriving at MCO at 11pm on a FRIDAY

Will we have trouble getting our room requests honored due to late arrival? TIA!

Depends on the season I would think. My first solo visit, I stayed at Coronado Springs and didn't check in until after midnight. I had requested a room close to the main building but ended up with a room on the opposite side of the lake. It was during the Tom Joyner reunion, so that may have been why. Remember that all requests are just that - requests, that may or may not be honored. I go with the assumption that they won't be honored, that way, if they are, I can be pleasantly surprised and chalk it up to more magic.

On our last trip our flights were delayed so that we got into PoP at 10:45 pm. We absolutely didn't get our request and we absolutely didn't get adjoining rooms. We were put into the farthest building and had a hell of a time with it all. It's definately not good if you are picky about room location.

Guess I've been lucky. I've always gotten my requests when I've arrived around 11:30 p.m./midnight. Hope the same is true for you!

I got the best room I ever had a YC when I arrived at 1 am... I figured they were out of the cheap no views and upgraded me!

We checked into Coronado Springs around 11pm last year (in November) and got the exact building we requested.

We will be arriving at the same time for our Sept 2006 trip and I hope we are as lucky this time around.
