Arriving at CBR on a Friday night - Dinner?

We're driving from our home in Saraosta to WDW on Friday, October 9. We're planning to be in the World by about 6:30 and go to Wide World of Sports right away for my Race for the Taste packet pick-up. After that, we'll be checking in to CBR!

What might be a good idea for some place to eat that night? I'm willing to try making ADRs even this late in the game. (We already have ADRs for Saturday and Sunday, but I just realized we might want dinner in Disney on Friday!)

Presuming there are no kiddos...
At the resorts, I always love a late night dinner at Cali Grill - especially if you can catch the fireworks. Artist Point at WL is also a nice place to have dinner in the evening. And we had a great dinner at Jiko the last time we stayed at AKL.
If you're planning on making it into a park that night, we love doing dinner at WS at Epcot after dark - the second floor of the japan pavilion has a great view of the countries all lit up!
