Hello All ~ We are arriving at MCO at 10:30pm. I'm guestimating that we will be checking into CBR around midnight. I'm worried we will be too tired to do anything the next day and I booked Epcot's Storybook breakky [I think I booked 10am]. My kids are 12 and 6 years old. What is your experience with arriving late to the resorts? Thanks!

My kids(18,14,10,and 9) are usually rearing to go that first day.A lot depends on the following....Will they get any rest on the plane? What time does Epcot open that day?If it's emh day and you plan on being there for opening you'll lose an hour sleep. Are you planning an afternoon break?

We didn't get in to MCO until 10:30 PM on our 1/11 to 1/17 trip. By the time we got our bags, the rental SUV (Alamo---longest line as usual), checked into CBR ,got to our room and got in bed, it was 1:00 AM. Luckily both our boys (4 and 8) did nap on the way to the airport. We had visions of getting to MK for early morning EMH the next day, getting a 7:00 wake up call. My husband and I got up and got ready and let the boys sleep until 7:45. We weren't there at opening, but did get there around 8:30. We were running on adrenaline all day. We planned to go back to the resort to swim or nap, but they wanted to keep going on their favorite rides. We all slept well that night.
