We will be staying at POFQ, for the first time, and first time using DME
Our plane arrives at MCO about 9:15 PM
I assume after getting our own luggage (we do not want to wait till 2 am for our luggage)
I assume we will get to POFQ, sometime around 11 PM

Would the DME bus be crowed ?
We arrive mid-November 2020

Can we get something to eat ?
Should we get something to eat for dinner at MCO, before DME ?

What if we find something wrong with our room upon our late arrival?

Can we get help with our room at 11 PM?
Get our refillable mugs ?

Get our package from Garden Grocer ?

The next day - not an early get up day - should we do the Park which had the extra magic AM hour the day after our late arrival - which will be Veteran's Day :)

Impossible to say. We've seen long lines and a ghost town when arriving at that time. You just never know.

At POFQ? You'll be able to get something. But the options will be very limited. Food court is open until Midnight, but it will be mostly grab and go stuff. The individual stations will be mostly shut down by then.

If you want some variety, I would.

Nothing different here. Head to the Front Desk and they will remedy the situation.

Can we get help with our room at 11 PM?

Definitely.

Get our refillable mugs ?

As long as the Food Court is still open, for sure.

Get our package from Garden Grocer ?

Yup. Bell Services is open 24 x 7.

I can answer your question about eating at MCO -- that airport shutters at 9 pm, on the dot! The only thing that will be open by the time you actually get down to the main level is McDees and a Starbucks.

If you are hungry I wouldn't rely on getting your Garden Grocer order delivered. I've had bell services stall, and then tell me it would be a couple of hours before they could bring it to my room. And they would not give it to me and let me take it up myself.

Gotta disagree with the above poster :). While most restaurants do close at 8 or 9, much more than just McDonald's and Starbucks stay open late. Some close at 11, some stay open until the last flight (which should be well after 9:15), Dunkin is open 24 hours... https://orlandoairports.net/getting-around-mco/shops-restaurants/
i was going on personal experience from our arrival on January 11th at 8:40. We had looked at the site you provided and expected those hours to be set and discovered otherwise. While the table locations were still open the only food court type was mcdees, the chicken one was open-ish but wasn't letting anyone else get in line and the Dunkin was already closed :confused3
didn't check the ones that are near the gates however because we weren't looking!

Maybe we will eat a late lunch - but not too much food at SWF our local airport
