Looking Like I Can't Really Afford To Go To Disney

I was poking around online last night and found a great non-stop fare from MSP to MCO for our trip in December--$230/person, so I snatched that baby right up. The "catch" was that it's a late flight on Friday evening, not arriving at MCO until midnight (I could have gotten the same flight the next day for only $206/person, but I didn't want to arrive that late with RD planned for Sunday). Our Disney stay starts Saturday, and since we have young kids, I just booked the MCO Hyatt for Friday night. So I have a few questions:
1. Should I give DME my real flight information, or just say that we're booked on the first flight Saturday morning instead, since we won't be taking DME to WDW until Saturday? Does it really even make a difference? As long as we have a WDW reservation, I know that DME will take us to our resort, so does it really matter what flight information I give them?
2. How are the Hyatt's beds? I read some reviews that they're pretty terrible, but it's just for one night so I'm not too worried.
3. How do I actually get to the Hyatt? Is it pretty accessible? I've never paid much attention. How long does it take to get there from the bag claim area?
4. I signed up for one of those eStandby upgrades...anyone know how often those are actually granted? I'm not looking forward to sharing a double bed with my 6'4" husband for even one night so I'm really hoping we get the upgrade to a junior suite so we'll have a king bed and will put the kids in the sleeper sofa.
