A very slight chance if everything works out exactly to your advantage. The time from your deplaning to Pop likely will be 60-90 minutes. You can skip checking in and do it after dinner, I suppose, but you'll probably at least need to leave your bags with bell services at Pop, that could take five minutes or it could take longer. Then you'll need to hop a bus to the MK, which could take 20 minutes if there's a bus pulling up as you arrive at the station, or it could take 30-40 minutes if you've just missed a bus. Then you'll need to get from the MK to the Poly via monorail or boat, which could take anywhere from 20 minutes to 30 minutes (including the walk time from the bus depot to the monorail or boat dock) or even longer if you're unlucky.
Bottom line is that if everything works as efficiently as possible and you are lucky enough to have just the transportation you want waiting for you at every point, you'd rush into Ohana just in time to make your ressie.
The only way I'd keep that ressie is if I'd book a town car or take a cab from the airport to Pop, then you still might want to take a cab from Pop to the Poly. Otherwise, you'd still risk cutting it close.
