Arrival time for half tomorrow?

This is my first Rundisney event, and website say must arrive by 4:00. Is that a firm 4:00, or is there leeway??

These are large races with massive numbers of people to get moved into place. That takes time. Not to mention, is it worth risking the cost of race registration and the trip to save a few minutes? It’s up to you when to arrive, but I’d err on the earlier side for safety and peace of mind, not the later side.
