Arrival night suggestion ?

I would choose Sanaa. The food is very good and the views are excellent. Jiko is wonderful, but the atmosphere seems very quiet to me. As others have said, Boma is loud and a buffet wouldn't be the best choice for a lot of conversation.
 
Boma is great for kids. If they have a moment, no one will notice.
