We're arriving at Orlando airport on a Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Using Magical Express to get to the Beach Club. What do you recommend is a safe time to make reservations at Boma that evening? We'll be taking a cab there - not going to spend time bus hoping the first night!

I'd opt for later rather than earlier. We missed our O'hana ADR on our first night in May. If you get in and settled earlier, you might call to see if you could move up your ADR. We moved our Boma ADR in the opposite direction one night, choosing to eat at 9:50 pm. There were still plenty of people (with and without children) in the restaurant when we were seated at 10. I couldn't believe it.

I was thinking of 6 pm, which is eating late for us. If you don't think we could make that time, we'll get a snack that night and save the TS credit for another day.

I would make it as late as you feel comfortable....

we drive over to Orlando and always seem to run into traffic or other issues....we usually make PS for Ohana's on arrival night and I have learned the hard way to make them for past 7:30 when we leave at 3pm for a 1 1/2 hr trip over.

Taking the cab is an excellent idea... trying to go resort to resort can eat up a LOT of time. Unless something MAJOR happened, I would think 6 pm would be "safe". With a cab, even a 3 hour (can't imagine that would happen) ME trip wouldn't keep you from a 6 pm.
