Arrival day timing: OKW to Rainforest Cafe

I think this is the best board to post this question....

We arrive on a Saturday at MCO at 11:08. We'll be renting a car and driving to OKW. My plan is to check in and then take the boat from OKW to Disney Springs to have lunch at Rainforest Cafe.

Currently I have a reservation at 1 pm but I'm questioning if that will give us enough time. Should we get a later time, or maybe try for an early dinner there instead?

Also, which boat dock at Disney Springs goes to OKW?

If you flight doesn't even arrive at MCO until 11:08 there's no way to make an 11:00 ADR. Am I missing something?

At any rate, arriving at MCO at 11:08 you'll likely make it to OKW about noon. I'd think the earliest you would want to make an ADR for would be 1:00 pm.

Book direct w rainforest. No canc fee. 2 would be the earliest.

If you land on time, you should be in your car by noon

Wait for the boat, get to DS by 1:30ish

If your flight is delayed then 3 hours from whenever you do land.

I like to give myself 90 minutes after I land to make it to my resort. Id aim for an ADR of 2 pm or later

As others have said, either make a later reservation with Rainforest directly or get a Landry's Select Club card and you will get priority seating over those even with ADR's whenever you show up.

Agree with others that 1pm might be close. The boats at OKW don't run every five minutes - it could be like 15 or 20 minutes. I would make a dinner reservation at Rainforest (way to loud for me there - LOL), then when you do get to Disney Springs in the afternoon, go to Vivoli Gelateria and get a gelato - fabulous!!!!
