Hi,
I am trying to plan our first day at WDW and need a little help to keep expectations real. We will be arriving at the airport at 8am. How much time should we allow to take the Magical Express to Pop Century, drop our bags at bell services (I'm assuming we won't be able to check in that early) and then hop on the Skyliner to Epcot?

Recent experience (from sister): on Magical Express at 11, last of 3 stops arrived POP 11:37, but line to drop off bags was very long, probably >30min. Not sure what time their plane landed, probably around 10:30?

I would plan on two hours from landing to getting on the Skyliner and consider anything quicker a bonus. Our median time in the last three years for various resorts is about 1:40. We have been as quick as a right at an hour (Poly) to as long as 2:30 (Boardwalk.)

2 hours is a good estimate to be leaving the resort. I do this all the time. Fly from Baltimore to MCO and land about 9:00am. Generally check in online and drop bags at bell hop (never had to wait 30 minutes for that. usually 5, but I am going to DVC resorts and I am an early arrival from the other person above). Unless I hop a minnivan, it's about another hour into the park (with a few minutes to change clothes at the resort bathroom in the winter). I am usually in the park just before noon with plenty of time to make a 1pm ADR.
