Arrival Day Extra Magic Time

Going to DLP for the first time in January. After I visit, Shanghai will be the only Disney Park I have yet to visit. I was wondering if you are able to use Extra Magic Time on your arrival day. We are staying off site on Tuesday night and moving to Hotel Cheyenne (book through Travelocity) on Wednesday. Would we be able to use Extra Magic Time on Wednesday before we officially check in? I know at WDW you are allowed to, but I haven’t been able to find information about Paris.

Yes you can use it but will need to check in first to get your tickets (if you have booked a package) and Hotel ID so they know you are staying in an onsite hotel.
You can check in as early as you want but probably wont get your room until after 3pm
