Yes.Can we use pools on the arrival date, even if our rooms are not yet ready?
Thanks!
All day of check-in through all day of check-out...... depending when you're going, you could also take advantage of a free water park day on your check-in day.....Can we use pools on the arrival date, even if our rooms are not yet ready? If it matters, our hotel is Coronado springs.
Thanks!
I do know about the water park opportunity! Just trying to lay out all the options! Ie. Sometimes the waterparks reach capacity. Or…we are traveling with 3 kids, ages 2,4, and 6, and we are doing MNSSHP the night of our arrival, so also considering more relaxing options, so we can fully enjoy the Halloween party! All day of check-in through all day of check-out...... depending when you're going, you could also take advantage of a free water park day on your check-in day.....
The pool at Coronado is a lot of fun for the kids, too!! That's where we'd be instead of a water park that day!I do know about the water park opportunity! Just trying to lay out all the options! Ie. We will lay out all the options for our daughter/husband, and ultimately, they will have a lot of input on this.
Thanks for your help!
Given your MNSSHP and young kids, I would totally just hang out at the hotel and swim, use the arcade, have a snack, etc. Most, if not all, pool areas and some bathrooms, showers and changing areas. You are completely allowed to use all hotel amenities on your arrival day, as well as until the very end of your checkout day (even once you officially checkout of your room). Yes, Day 1 is the only opportunity for the party. As far as Disney world days 2&3, my daughter/son-in law need to figure what they want to do/accomplish.Stay at the resort up until you get your room then do your best to get a nap in. you are going to be tight time wise as the part will let you in around 4-6 and you want to hit that pre window if for any other reason not wasting party time in line trying to get in.
On almost all of our trips our room wasn't ready until just before 4 o'clock, I think the earliest I have gotten was 2pm so not a lot of time to transition. is day 1 your only party option because of the length of stay? My wife and I did party on our first day a couple years ago and it was almost to much day 1 and we're adults. If it is your only option I would make something like Epcot or a later breakfast your plan for day 2 to give yourselves a chance to rest and enjoy your time.
Yes, definitely staying at the Hyatt, and that is how my daughter wants to start the trip. She knows her boys best!I assume you are staying at the MCO Hyatt to get the kids to bed earlier on the evening you fly in. I would probably push that evening to get to WDW and checked in. Then your "day 1" you have a room, can sleep late, hang at the pool, and take naps before going to the party.
I'm sure she knows her boys best. But does she also realize that the next day could be no room assignment until time for the party (or later), so potentially no naps and presumably a late evening at the party? Of those 2 options I'd much rather trade an extra hour later on travel day for a no-room/no-nap/late night the next day. Sounds like a recipe for disaster. Good luck!Yes, definitely staying at the Hyatt, and that is how my daughter wants to start the trip. She knows her boys best!
More often than not, my Disney World Resort room isn’t ready till after 4:00, sometimes way after.Yes, definitely staying at the Hyatt, and that is how my daughter wants to start the trip. She knows her boys best!
