Arribas Brothers Pens, any way to refill/change the tip?

Hi everyine!
I bought a Duffy pen and though I love it a lot, the tip is terrible.

I was wondering if there's any way to change it. I tried pulling it out but didn't really work. :/

Or at least if I can refill it.
