I mailed in paperwork for my oldest DS student loan last week in the express mail envelope They provided, and after over a week goes by I get a phone call from their loan office saying they never received the paperwork. I call the USPS and give them the tracking #, and sure enough the loan office signed for the envelope last week. When I call the bank back all I get from them is " okay I guess we signed for it, but we don't have the paperwork. Sorry- have a nice day " ( they actually said this 
) So, they screwed up, but oh well, have a nice day , bye . This is the same bank that closed my DS16's bank account by accident- he had been putting every bit of birthday money in it since he was little. The bank admitted they closed it by mistake , but " you have to deal with the state treasurer's office-we don't do that. Have a nice day. This is one of those large corporate banks that merged with smaller banks. I think I may be looking for a new bank
