Arranging peronalised munu at coral reef?

I've just seen a cute personalised menu at coral reef. We have a dinner ADR for December 4th.

Do they still do this? If so how do i arrange it - who do I contact, am i too late?

I have read that they are no longer doing it, it was part of the Year of a Million Dreams last year. It's too bad that they stopped. I was able to get one for DS last year and it was really nice.

They no longer do them or the divers with the signs.

1) With the Internet, it became too popular.
2) So, in 2008, they canceled the divers and the highly personalized menus.
3) However, most sit-down eateries still have a "personalized" menu.
4) Ask at the podium and you can get a menu with a personalization
. . . example: happy birthday, happy 10th anniversary
. . . however, no pictures or other clip art

1) They were cute.
2) But, so many people wanted menus and divers.
3) The CM's couldn't get their normal work done.
4) There was also other HUGE problems.

5) Divers:
. . . sometimes people arrived late for their ressie
. . . the divers were already out, at the ressie time
. . . the guests would sometimes scream that the divers didn't wait
. . . also, so many requests the divers couldn't handle them all
. . . people got mad that they didn't get their diver sign
6) Menus
. . . people used to send in tons of photos
. . . the menus could hold them all, so people complained abut missing photos
. . . also, some emails got misdirected, so folks complained about no menus
