I LOVE my ring! The center stone is an 1 caret emerald cut diamond with 2 smaller emerald cuts on the side, set in platinum. Total 1.5 carets.

It's SOOO pretty! I'm not a jewelry person, but I love my ring!

I love bling... am currently wearing my 4th (hubby says "last") wedding ring -

1st was a .25 pear with a plain gold band on either side. (almost 22 years ago)

Then a .50 round with .10 marquis stones on a curvy band, I still wore the plain bands on either side, they kind of fit under the curves. (gor this when we were married around 8 years)

Next, I had the round and marquis stones set in a wide gold comfort fit band. (the non-uniformity of the curvy band made me crazy, I had this made about a year after I got the curvy band ring!)

Finally, for our 15th wedding anniversary, I have my current ring - it's a little over a 2 carat center, radiant cut diamond (the radiant cut is shaped like the emerald cut stone, but instead of the little stair steps inside, its' underside is cut like a round brilliant)... the setting is a bit over a carat, rounds and baguettes... for a total of a little over 3 carats. It's pretty wide, I don't wear a band with it.

I don't like diamonds; my emerald engagement ring is 0.65 carats.

My first diamond was .26 but I lost it. It fell out at Gymboree - I caught it on a hanger. They looked all over the store with me but no luck finding it.

DH replaced it with a 1/2 carat stone for christmas.
