Arnold Schwarzenegger at Ronald Reagans funeral.........

Did anyone notice that when he was standing at the casket that he did the sign of the cross wrong?? I thought I noticed it last night, but wasn't sure, but after rewatching it today he did. He went from the right shoulder to the left shoulder instead of from left to right.

Is there a correct way, or can you do it either way? I searched on the web and could only find one place and it said you went from left to right.

Just wondering!

Humans make the cross from left to right. Evil android mutant robots make the cross from right to left. And I believe in China it is appropriate to read from top to bottom right to left unless you are a left-handed communist at which point you just do whatever the government tells you to do.

Of course your mileage may vary.

Well, I thought it was nice that Arnold and everyone else stayed awake at Reagans funeral in California.

Did anyone else seem to notice that Clinton kept nodding off during the ceremony in Washington?? I kept hoping he would jerk himself awake and fall right off his chair!

Now, now, before this gets out of hand I think everyone needs to realize something. Bill Clinton was not sleeping during the funeral. He was mentally picturing himself and Ronald Reagan riding Splash Mountain together. I admire a guy stuck at a funeral trying to find his happy place.

I read somehwere that the Clintons are pissed off because they weren't asked to speak at the funeral. Also, if you were paying attention(apparently I had a slow day), the sign of the cross was done several different ways by different people. Personally, I prefer the "thumbs up" sign several people gave Mr. Reagan.

I am Protestant so I have no idea!

I crossed my legs once on Splash Mountain. I think it had something to do with the sound of water and the 90 minute wait in line more than my religious convictions.

The Orthodox cross themselves from right to left, see the article linked below. I don't think that there is a "correct" way-I'm sure God doesn't care.

Why do Orthodox Christians "cross themselves" different than Roman Catholics?
