I looked out of the room blinds expecting the usual lovely sunny morning, but instead was greeted with clouds and rain!
So, as we hadnt really had a break so far, we decided best thing was to have a lazy morning by the main pool at POR (Ol Man Island). The rain stopped and me and the kids had a good time in the pool. The girls loved the slide. Julie decided to give the pool a miss today shes not a big fan of water and swimming pools.
After lunch at the food court we headed for Downtown Disney so I could get Julie her anniversary present. We wanted to go via the boat, but because of the rain the boats were not running, so we had to go by bus. Julie eventually decided on a Disney Pooh watch. We then tried a small ice cream sundae at Ghiradellis yummy!
AS the rain had eased the boat back to POR was running, so we jumped about for the ride back. The sky was getting very dark and threatening, and as soon as we set off it started to rain heavily. The river back to POR was quite choppy good job we are not sea sick!
We had our dinner at the good old food court and retired for an early night I think we must have needed it because we all fell asleep very quickly.
