Up at 7am again, I seem to have a built in alarm clock that wakes me at 7am every morning! Julie and the girls wished me happy birthday and gave me my cards – all 3 with very large 40th birthday badges on – which they insisted I wore all day!
I did my usual job of going to fill the mugs and then it’s off to MK with my shirt plastered with large birthday badges.

We arrive at the gates at 9:15am and head straight for Tomorrowland. I run off to get FPs for Space Mountain and then we all walk onto Buzz – no line! I’m not going to tell you my score. I must have had a faulty gun or something.
With a bit of a while before our FP time comes up we head toward the Teacups and then onto Snow White - again walking straight on both rides, (where are these August crowds then?). The time we could get another FP had come up, so we walked round and got one for BTMR and then hurried back to use our Space Mountain FP.
It was now 11:05am and we were getting a bit peckish, so we stopped off at the Plaza Pavilion for a spot of lunch. We were about the only ones in there!
After lunch we headed over to use our BTMR FP, nipping into Pirates of the Caribbean on the way.

A few CMs wished me a happy birthday through the day, but apart from that nothing special happened.

After a quick swim back at POR we returned to the room to wait for Lorraine to arrive. I was being picked up to be taken to Disney’s Wide World of Sports to watch an Orlando Rays baseball game. I was so excited; it was the first real live game I’d watched. After Lorraine dropped me, Tom, Mike and Elliot off at the baseball stadium, she headed back to pick Julie and the girls up to take them shopping at the Premium Outlets Mall (I took the precaution of locking the credit cards in the room safe – just in case LOL).
The game was great to watch. Tom bought me a birthday beer and we settled down to watch the game behind home plate. We changed seats after a while to give me a taste of the different viewing perspective and sat higher up above first base.
The Orlando Rays eventually won 6-2 (against Tennessee) and I got to see a home run. The game finished a little after 9:30pm, and Lorraine came back to pick us up. She said the Julie and the girls had had a good time shopping – oh no! I had visions of Julie finding the credit cards for a minute!
I was dropped of outside our building at POR and went up to find Julie and the girls back in the room waiting with their purchases – thankfully not too many LOL.
After comparing notes on our evenings out I went to fill the mugs (why is it always me to go and fill the mugs?), and retired to bed.

Part 6 next – Julie’s Birthday!

Wonderful trip report ~ Thanx for sharing!!!!!
