Armadillos at night!

Armadillos are the reason for one of my tags!!!

I rounded a corner going to the comfort station very late one night and I'm not sure who was more surprised!!

I have stayed at the Fort and have seen Armadillos, Black Bears and lots of Deer but no Otters

I've run over my share on the interstate - but never hit any when riding a bike. I have whapped a few with my purse while chasing them out of my yard. (An armadillo will ruin a lawn in no time), and Rick has popped several with his 22. Lawn maintenance in Florida is not for amateurs.

Apparently not...
