Hi there does anyone know where you can get those ariel topper/flag thingies I have seen them on so many cars recently. would really like one to put on our 'dollar car in florida. Would make it more easily recognisable to us :) ::yes::

thanks

Karon
::yes:: not long to go now

Most shops on property sell them. Best range I have seen is at the big World Of Disney Store at Downtown. There are a myriad of different styles....some only available in certain Parks or Resorts. I think they around $5 (cant remember for sure).

Karon,
Why would you want to put something on top of your box of washing powder?...............

Sorry, I couldn't resist

To be sensible now, what you have seen on a car airial in this country was probably bought from a car accessory shop (eg. Halfords) for a couple of pounds.

However, I would think that something more personal might be better. Maybe tying an easily distinguishable piece of ribbon that no-one else has would make your vehicle stand out more?

Also, it could be a good idea to put some personal item (of no value, obviously) on the dashboard in case your airial topper falls off / gets nicked. Then you would still have some means of finding the correct car more easily.

I have always used a very tasteful piece of lime green ribbon on the car ariel, stands out a mile as most americans have toppers on theirs.

I assumed you were talking about the Mickey / Minnie Arial toppers???

 ahh thats a good idea k-herm....

Soap powder indeed lol :teeth: :p

I was thinking about those ones that have the flags on them but your right perhaps veryone else might have the same idea and the park could be full of then

Ribbon could work...or bright fabric...great thanks for the input

We had a pink 'Princess' hat but it was stolen within the day of putting on the car, after that we resorted to a multi-coloured ribbon.

The panic alarm on your hire car has quite a good range, 50m+, VERY useful when you know where the car is, approximately. (Yes Dear, I'm sure it was this row..........)
