Ariel’s Grotto and princess character dining

Hi all,

Seeing that Ariel’s Grotto is getting an “update” I was curious to see if there are other princess interactions during meals.

I am curious to see what they will do with the place.

Seeing that Ariel’s Grotto is getting an “update” I was curious to see if there are other princess interactions during meals.

I am curious to see what they will do with the place.

So far Disney has not provided a substitute option for the Princess Meal at Ariel's.

I was hoping they might create a Princess Event with the High Tea they have offered at the DLH.

Will just have to wait and see if something opens up during the closure of the grotto.

Our visit won’t be till later in the year, but I am curious to see if/when they might move this to another location.

We're leaving in 3 weeks to go. Been calling about this. So far nothing. Seems it might just be closed. Bit short sighted in my opinion.

I believe it is turning into a bar and grill with a Pixar theme. No word yet if it will be a character meal or not, but if it is indeed a bar and grille, then that is not likely.

If that's the case I hope at least some of the food options from the old location carry over in some form. I will keep my eyes peeled to see what options are available closer to time for our trip.

Got an email from Disney, and they said nothing has been determined just yet. Any changes will be announced once the refurbs are done.
