When I order through her I bring my print out voucher to front ticket windows at gate to get actual tickets??

Yes. I've ordered from Ares for our last 3 trips. I printed off the voucher and exchanged it at the ticket booth for our tickets. Make sure the person who's name is on the order takes ID. I've needed ID each time I've gone. It's printed on the voucher to bring ID and possibly the credit card used for the purchase? I'm not 100% sure on the credit card being needed but ID for sure. Have a great trip!

The instructions on the voucher I have state:
"Guests may pick up their tickets at any main entrance ticket window. Credit card holder must be present for voucher redemption. Personal photo identification will be required. If you are a guest at a Disneyland® Resort Hotel (Disneyland® Hotel, Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa, or Disney's Paradise Pier® Hotel), you may pick up your tickets upon check-in. Guests staying at all other hotels present your Quick Order Pickup confirmation and photo identification at any main entrance ticket window of the Disneyland® Resort. Parking is not included with your Disneyland® ticket. For questions or park hours please call 714-781-7290. Ticket expires 13 days after first use."

So the actual credit card doesn't seem to be required.

Ya I wasn't sure on the credit card. I was there only last month and I know I showed ID but I couldn't remember if they needed to see the credit card. Apparently they didn't! ID is a must though.
