Areoplan rewards

I hope someone can answer my question as I'm not finding the answers on the aeroplane site.

I redeemed in October and received an email confirming the redeemton.

Am I suppose to receive another email with some kind of code for disney. I tries calling but it says the offices are closed even though it's not 9pm.

Now I'm panicking because my trips I just over two weeks.

From the Aeroplan site:
• Please allow up to 3 weeks after your redemption to receive your electronic Disney ticket confirmation, that you will need to present. (Check your Inbox including your Junk Mail to confirm the receipt of your electronic ticket). If you have not received your electronic Disney ticket confirmation before your departure, please contact Aeroplan Rewards Centre

I think it is time to call Aeroplan or check your junk mail.
