Aren't we already getting a discount this fall??

I'm sorry but I'm not really clear about all this sadness about not getting these new pin offers. Can someone explain? Since the fall discounts were released last month, isn't pretty much everyone entitled to a discount for fall travel? Why would it matter to get a pin for free dining or some particular % off? You wouldn't be able to combine them, would you? How does one figure out which offers are better deals? I was just happy to get last month's discount, now I want more!

I just want to know in case I get a special e-mail (insert non-existant praying smilie)!

But it probably is moot even if I do, since we are going during the first week of November and the new specials don't seem to be applicable then.

I did apply the QXD discount last month and I was very happy to save $637.00 on our December trip. But, if I could get the elusive email free dining pin code, I could have Disney reservations take off the QXD code and put on the free dining pin code and that would save me closer to $1,600.00. So it would save me $1,000.00 more than the QXD code.

Sadly, the package deal code that is available doesn't discount CR any more than our already applied AAA discount. We already have tickets, so if we were to book a package, we would have to buy at least 1 day of admission that we don't need either.

So, I still would love to have had a shot at a 30% off code or FD, even if it can't be applied to anything more than the available dates of the 14th to the 19th, leaving us to still have AAA on the first 4 nights. Anything extra that can be saved is always a bonus.

At least I was able to find the FL resident rate for my MIL on 6 out of the 9 nights, giving her 3 separate reservations with 3 deposits!

I wish they would offer a really good room only discount for that 3rd week in December.
