Area codes for Disney dining phone call?

Hi All,

I am calling Disney Dining from Australia to make some PS at Blue Bayou and GK, and am wondering if anyone knows the if I need other area codes?

The number I have found in my serching is: 1-714-781 DINE(3463)

Is this number inclusive of all the codes I need calling from overseas ??
