The only place we felt rushed last week was lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table, which is somewhat understandable. But the other point of view would be that we're spending around $150 for the meal (or 2 credits per person) so I'm going to stick around and enjoy the experience!

But, if the waiter ever asks for both your appetizer and main-course order at the same time, don't do it! That's a sure sign that they are trying to get you out quickly and most likely what will happen is that your main course will arrive about 90 seconds after your appetizers. To prevent this, order appetizers first and only order your main course after you've had adequate time to look over the menu and drink your pre-meal beer/wine.
It's pretty standard practice at restaurants (both inside WDW and in the real world) to order appetizers and main course at the same time. Not saying it happens everywhere, but it certainly happens much more often than not. So, to suggest this is an indicia of the restaurant intending to rush you is not correct, in my experience.

We always try to make our reservtation either befroe or after rush times and we have never felt rushed. SOmetimes we are ready to go before they bring us our check.
