Im in bed by 9pm but up shortly after 6am. DS & I have to be up by 6 to get him off to school. Internal body clock keeps running.

Even tho DH leaves for work at 5am, his weekend sched is completely diff. Hes up till after 1am and then sleeps till 9.

I'm up weekday mornings at 3:45am, so I'm in bed most nights between 8-9pm. DW never comes to bed before 11:30pm-12mid.
My schedule doesn't change much on weekends but I try to stay up later to be with DW--I made it to 10:15 last night:o

My DH works nights, so he goes to work at 9pm and gets home at 9am, and I sleep at night ;)

i work a little bit of everything so it depends on day. my dh works thirds so he sleeps till about 1-1.30. i'm usually up and running by 10a at latest.

During the week I go to bed about 2 hours before DH, and get up an hour before him.

Weekends is still about the same, however on Saturdays, I stay up late, so we both go to sleep the same time then.

DH sleep schedule changes every two weeks. Dh works 2 weeks of nights 7pm to 7 am and two weeks of days, 7 am to 7 pm.
So, when he works days, we get to share our bed but when he's working nights Im all alone!

DH works a swing shift, so our sleep schedules are always different!

I am usually in bed by 9:00-9:30pm, up at 5:00 am, DH is up until about 11:00-12:00. He's up in the am at about 5:20 am~~~~

Me--bed at 2 a.m--get up at 9
DW--bed at 9 a.m. get up at 5:30..

Wilgus and I have the same sleep schedule, except during his busy season he is sometimes not home until 2AM and off again by 5AM. I don't know how he does it.

Up until July last year DH was always working nights & I could go to bed when I pleased & I slept real good.

But, he retired on 17th July & so now I have him home every night. I like to go to bed between 9.30 & 10.30, but he will often stay up until 11.30 to watch the news, or so he says. Usually he falls asleep on the lounge. I don't sleep as well now as I used to, as I have to share a king size water bed & for 16 yrs I had it all to myself, except on his nights off & when he was on hoidays.:)

My DH has alternate shifts, two weeks of 7am - 4pm, one week of 4 pm - 12am, and one week of 12am - 8am, so only two weeks of the month are we on the same sleep schedule. :(
