Are you just back from the Dolphin? Cabana Bar & Grill?

A friend of mine stayed at the Dolphin during the last week of January and told me that the poolside bar/restaurant was closed for renovations. She said it looked like the construction was nearly completed and it would be opening soon.

Has anyone been there in the past week or so? Did you notice whether the Cabana place was open?

We were there over Christmas week and were told that it was 'boarded up' because the place was only open seasonally.

Perhaps the employee was misinformed, I don't know. We never heard any construction sounds coming from there during the week, though.

It wouldn't hurt to call the hotel directly and ask.
