Are You Fighting to Save VMK?

I am working to save it but I am not hopeful. I worked for months to save Journeyman and the network won't even acknowledge that the show existed, much less that we tried to save it. Of course, in a case like Journeyman, we at least have the few episodes of the show itself to go back to and enjoy. With VMK... all traces will be gone forever. With Journeyman, it was a sit and watch thing. With VMK, it was a living it thing, with friends and fun and clothes and "homes". Losing VMK is much harder of a blow to me.

I really don't know what all of this will ammount to in the end. But the plane crazy fact of the matter is that I will fight for VMK. For the multitude of reasons I, and so many of you have posted, it is important. Fighting for something just means you care about it. I wish everyone luck from Lucky!! I love you all my fellow VMK'ers. It's been a great ride.

I'm not. If they have time to read this they probably have time to shoot off an E-mail to TPTB.

To me, it's not just a game. It's an actual community. And no other game could possibly have the same type of Disney Magic. Not even other Disney games.
Their other games are far too limited in what they are based on. VMK is just about everything Disney.

I certainly agree with you Teddie about VMK!! I never played any game before vmk..but I really don't consider vmk just a game..it like you said a commuity...where yes you have a character..but it envolves more...makes friends become like family. All in doing this we do other things with each other... I am doing as much as much as we can to try and save vmk! Will it work who knows..but if you don't try.... how can you hope to save it??
VMK is what Disney is all about... there is fun laughter and love...but more os all it is where dreams can come true! I will keep trying as long as there is hope. I keep saying to keep writing those letter emails..calls...but remember in so...keep calm don't be angry...Love is what e feel for our friends..let them see that.

I'm fighting as much as I can. But being a college student, my resources and time are limited. I've sent a few e-mails and signed the petitions. I am going to do that flat thing too! But I don't have a whole lot of time to be writing letters and calling places when I have homework to do and classes to be at. But I am doing my best. I don't know if we have a shot here, but with a good strategy and everyone working together, you never know. When you wish upon a star, right? :

I'm trying to fight and I'm doing as much as I can, but unfortunately, VMK can only be my number two or three priority right now. I have a couple of real life things I need to put more effort into.

I am a mother, a straight-A student, a Cubmaster and a full-time worker.

I have NO time. And I don't care. If it means I lose sleep, so be it. I won't let my son be neglected or my grades suffer, but otherwise? Bring it. I'm fighting. And if we don't succeed and VMK closes, I'll hop right on the "Bring Back VMK" bandwagon and keep going.

Just a game? Maybe. But it's that important to me, and it's that important to my son.
