That's how I think of it. America is largly in debt, obviously people aren't going to see that. We are trying constantly to get money and fix all of our problems, but things like homeless, and famine- will never change. I agree that some people can be greedy, but you also have to see the vast amount of people that try to help.. Your never going to get everyone on your side. your never going to end things as big as 'being poor'. Its just not going to happen. Yes you can do your part, but no- you can't go around bashing people for saying that we should fix some problems in our country before helping others. Because its true.

I think we have done enough helping of other countries for a while. I mean look where it got us in Iraq, we are in there to "help" the people, but in reality we just made everything worse and not just for them, this war is putting us in so much debt and costing inocent lives of our soldiers and civilians in Iraq. I agree with the majority, we should try and save our country(not necessarily just poor people) before we try to take on the rest of the world.
