Do you buy stuff on a whim or only when you really need something?
I'm an impulse shopper -- I'm not as bad as some impulse shoppers who buy cars and that sort of thing on a whim,
but I can definitly spend money when I didn't think I was going too. I wandered into Yankee Candle the other day to see if they had any of the new scents I read about in the last catalog I got in the mail. The employee told me that the kitchen collection was on sale -- so I bought a couple jars. (And I was bummed when they didn't have any jars of the chocolate chip cookie -- they said it sold out fast.)
