I guess I'd be classified as a keeper. I always cook in huge quantities, then we either use the leftovers for lunch another day, freeze it, or toward the end of the week we have what we call "short-order cook day."
I get all the leftovers from the week out and then you get to pick your meal. One person might have sausage and peppers with garlic mashed potatos, another one might have chili in a bread bowl, and someone else can have spaghetti. DH and DD love it. It's like a restaurant--they get to choose from the menu and then I heat it up.
