Are you a crier?

I'm definately a crier. Commercials, marching bands full of strangers, children singing or playing music, and I also cry along with anyone. I love the "nobody cries alone in my presence" quote. I can be channel flipping and catch someone winning a game show and immediately start bawling. The older I get, the worse it gets.

*nod*Nod*Nod* I'm a cryer. It's awful really. :/ DH laughed at me when I cried WITH Arnold in Twins when he watched that commercial "She's Daddy's little girl" bwaaaaa

I am. Can hardly look at my kids without tearing up.

Uh oh, I guess I'm going to have to go against the grain here!

No, I'm not a crier (or is it cryer?) at all. It takes something really heartbreaking to make me cry, or something so over the top happy. Extreme frustration will also make me cry. I don't even cry at funerals. Movies and books might make me choke or tear up, but that's it. I had to be pretty stoic growing up, so maybe that's got a lot to do with it. :confused3

My DH, on the other hand, is a big sappy wus! He's always crying at movies or over television shows. He cried at our wedding and he cried when he watched how happy I was on our first trip to WDW. I love that man!

I'm also a sympathy crier and cannot see someone else crying without crying. I also cry when laughing hard, which is kind of funny--my family knows when I think something is real funny since I have to keep drying my eyes. :rotfl:

Hmm, I guess I'm even worse than I thought, because I'm tearing up watching the parade. Especially when the kids did that number and the little boy was thankful that his dad was home :sad1:

So glad to see that I am not alone in this. I cry over anything and yes it does get worse with age.

omg i'm crying right now, I'm watching the thanksgiving parade and the disney float was just on and it made me cry!

I cry at a drop of a hat. Overly sentimental I guess. plus middle aged. get the hint

That Rascal Flatts song Skin gets me every time! My DD(19) actually has a close friend who was diagnosed with a soft tissue cancer just after high school graduation and her name is Sarah! I think that's a big reason why the song hits me so hard. BTW, she's through treatment and off to university so hopefully everything will be okay!

I do cry easily for all kinds of reasons. Songs, commericals, movies, weddings. I even cried this week when my youngest son brought his best report card home! I never thought I'd see such amazing marks from him and it made me cry. My kids are old enough to understand that I cry easily - I think it used to scare and confuse them when they were young.

Is there somewhere online where we can see the Skin video? I've never seen it or heard it.

Looks like the OP got a tag for crying though.

LOL She sure did! Glad I don't have a crying tag. I'd probably cry everytime I read it. :rotfl:

Watching the Amazing Race episode when the family with the 2 little kids got eliminated and the little girl was trying not to cry did me in. Here she was being brace and I blubbered. :rotfl:
