I MOSTLY have the flour cleaned up......
the cookies are actually very good!

at work, they are talking about the
eat 100 calories every hour diet

in14 hours, it is still only 1400 calories
the point is to keep your metabolism going
but you have to be sure to stickto 100 calorie snacks
and you never really get a meal

what a weird idea
probaly not a good idea not eating a meal

I don't see the every hour thing working
you wouldn't be able to keep it up
anytime you went out for dinner
or were with friends or whatever

I wasn't recommending it!
I like to do less carbs, that seems to make a huge difference

On the other hand, 5 or 6 smaller meals works for many people. I could never give up carbs.
