I have until 4:45, then off to DD10's choral concert. She has to be there at five.

irate grandpa who always comes a half hour early and wants his granddaughter......

told only if emergency, otherwise wait like is the routine

he got irate, demanded girl
wrote an emergency note
then would NOT leave the building!

Had to call the police!
