The was40 women are home.
It was a fabulous concert, DD10 looked adorable
with her short little "flapper girl" haircut.

Bonus to being the first show of the evening,
you get a parking spot!

Now is the 5th grade concert,
and at 8, the sixth grade one.

Now it is appropriate to ask:


Judi, did you have a good birthday??

THe girls planted sunflowers at the earth day celebration
but we didn't get them outside yet
we didn't water them at all


and today I notice that they are shooting up
out of the baggie they are in

must be resilient sunflowers!


I gave them a big drink today
and we will get them to their permanent soil soon.



We are down to 57 degrees
which feels like winter
after the heat of the past few

Postponed the madness of the garage sale set up until tomorrow. My mom was too cold (she's a freeze baby) It's 45 degrees here...... how did that happen?
We should get up to 60 tomorrow.

My one brother is really doing a lot for this garage sale for my mom. I'm glad as the boys usually do NOTHING to help out. I'm getting off pretty easy with it all.

We have NEVER had a garage sale and wouldn't if my parents pretty much didn't want to get rid of EVERYTHING in that house.
