Yeah, my Dh says the same thing and it seems I can't have a coversation with one of my friends without working the DIS into it one way or another.

My sister told me she is never going on these boards again and called us psycho.....We were all brought here because of one reason...disney.. are we really crazy because we go on this board and we sit here and talk about disney all day? and we get excited about tag fairys and other disney things?

I've always said that these boards are a great way to talk to, interact with, compare notes with people you'd never be lucky enough to meet otherwise. I think I can name a poster from almost every state, every age range, and at the time that I got to the DIS, everyone around me was 18-22 ... it was kind of a cool thing, eh? Still is.

Seriously though, your family knows you a lot better than we do and if they think you are spending too much time on the boards they might be right. You mentioned being depressed lately and the DIS boards are a great place to be because it does take your mind off everyday life but it can't and shouldn't take the place of a real life. Know what I mean? You need a balance in your life. If you are spending all your free time here (I have no idea how much time you spend here) then maybe you should make an effort to get out a little more and go to the mall or get your hair done or call a friend and chat for a while. Just use the DIS as an enjoyable place to visit but not a place to live. Anyway that's my two cents and since I don't know your particular situation it may or may not apply to you
